Planka Backups is a private utility for backing up a self-hosted Planka instance to Google Drive.
The application requests the Google Drive drive.file permission to create, access and manage backup files associated with this application.
Google Drive access is used exclusively to upload, list, download and delete backup archives. Backup data is encrypted before uploading. OAuth credentials are stored on the administrator's server.
Data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for marketing. Google Drive is used as the storage provider.
Backup files are retained according to the administrator's backup policy and can be deleted by the administrator.
